Vegetables

We harvest up to 50 different vegetables every day throughout the season, most of these we sell directly through our online shop www.bionline.ch. To be able to do this, we plant and seed every 2 weeks, starting in February. For weed control, harvesting and processing, we use the latest technology. Nevertheless there is still a lot to be done by hand.
