Cheese Making
We will prepare a soft cheese with you over an open fire. You will learn interesting facts about milk, traditional cheese making and our organic farm.
You may choose to flavour your own fresh cheese with fine herbs.
In addition, we will make fresh butter and have it as a snack with a piece of bread and buttermilk. Finally, as a special highlight, you will be milking one of our cows, and enjoying a fresh glass of milk!
At the end of the event each participant receives his/her own cheese in a wooden box and a "Cheese Making Diploma" as a souvenir to take home.
